In 2001, Richard Rowe started training Affiliates and building successful affiliate programs utilizes his customer service skills and relationship management experience.
Since managing affiliate programs, Rich Rowe has been helping internet companies hire and train Customer Service Specialists, In-Bound Order Processors, Telemarketers, Moderators, and Customer Care Advocates.
Customer Service is the back bone of every successful organization. Since Rich Rowe Consulting began providing Outsourced Program Management in 2007, we have been constantly asked to help hire and train Customer Service Representatives and In-House Affiliate Managers.
